Therapeutic Exercise and Neuromuscular Reeducation is an advanced technique of reeducating muscle tension patterns to allow joints to work at their full range of motion. This exercise program combines stretching routines, trigger point therapy and strengthening exercises for recovering injured or chronically tight muscle tension patterns.
Strength Training* is a very important part of staying healthy. It combines body weight exercises along with weight lifting and moderate to intense workouts to increase muscle mass, strengthen joints and core, and help posture and bone density as we grow. A strength training program will involve a beginning series to balance musculature and reduce patterns of pain caused from your every day activities. Once a balance is accomplished, a more rigorous routine to help you reach your goals will be put into place.
